Dancing with the Stars professionals have always liked to lead when they dance and a few nights ago, three of them proved it to Las Vegas with the debut of their first-in-Nevada newest dance school, Dance With Me, in Tivoli Village. Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, and Tony Dovolani hosted a special grand opening party with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and champagne toast on March 9th
The studio, designed to provide a warm, friendly, and elegant atmosphere for all types of dance lessons, is located in the heart of Tivoli Village. Dance With Me Dance Studios will bring a world-class dance, culture, education, and fitness option for residents and guests of Las Vegas.. Instructors are accomplished, well-known dancers, hand selected by Val, Maksim, and Tony. They are also chosen for their ability to bring out the best in students, who learn at their own pace and comfort level. Dance With Me aims to provide a confidence-building, socially rewarding experience, while fueling creative, self-expression, and personal growth.
“It’s more than just dance,” said Val Chmerkovskiy, “it’s about a living a healthier, happier life, surrounded by inspiring people.” Val, together with his partner Laurie Hernandez, was the champion of season 23 of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, “Las Vegas is a world famous entertainment destination and it’s a privilege to open our newest location here,” Val added.
Dance With Me partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy said, “I am particularly excited about opening a studio in Nevada. I’ve had the pleasure of choreographing for the “La Reve” show at the Wynn Las Vegas, which still runs today, and we’ve had many fans plead for us to open a studio here. Now we have an additional reason to be here more often.”
The studio will provide an array of services including private dance lessons, group classes, dance showcases and competitions, social dance parties, corporate events and entertainment, and employee wellness and team building. The dance styles it offers include Ballroom Smooth, Latin/Rhythm, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Dance Fitness, and Functional and Correctional Movement,
