Entertainment at the Westgate has taken an entirely new twist. Actually, it’s with a show called Twisted,Vegas, which takes the best of Las Vegas entertainment and hilariously spoofs it, all in good fun. Twisted Vegas is fast-paced, funny, and yes, abundantly twisted. Lured by the mesmerizing lure of Las Vegas, the host, French superstar Alex Goude, tries to handle everything this city can throw his way - the good, the wacky, and the outrageous. He comically wings the audience from The Strip to the Grand Canyon and back, stumbling into Las Vegas legends and piloting acrobatic feats. A show about the show, Twisted Vegas is an all-in-one, all-you-can-handle, insanely interactive Las Vegas homage featuring talented jugglers, dynamic dancers, jaw-dropping acrobats, magicians, and singers in more than 25 acts. Twisted Vegas offers one show nightly every Tuesday through Sunday at 7 p.m. in the International Theater at the Westgate.

Back to sanity for a moment and the Vegas that so many of us love and miss, Grammy®winner/nominated, Golden Globe “Entertainer of the Year” and multi-platinum selling artist, Engelbert Humperdinck is returning to The Smith Center on March 19th at 7:30 p.m. A legend in the international music industry for the last 49 years, with over 150 million records sold, the handsome, charismatic and consummate entertainer will please audiences and “Humperdinckers” alike with music from his vast catalogue, including hits such as, “Quando, Quando, Quando,” “Release Me,” “The Last Waltz,” “Spanish Eyes” and many more tender ballads from both yesterday and today.

Meanwhile, over at Harrah’s, beginning March 23, another great act, this one of the Rcok ‘n Roll genre is preparing to give you “The Time of Your Life.” The Righteous Brothers featuring Bill Medley with Bucky Heard will be bringing bring the legendary sound of “blue-eyed soul” to the Las Vegas stage at the hotel beginning Wednesday, March 23. Playing inside the Harrah’s Showroom, Medley and Heard will take audiences through the legendary music stylings of one of the greatest rock and roll duos of all time, including the Righteous Brothers’ Grammy-winning hits “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’,” “Soul & Inspiration,” “Unchained Melody,” “Rock and Roll Heaven,” Medley’s Grammy-winning “The Time of My Life” and many more.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame duo of Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield, who passed away in November 2003, topped the charts in four decades. Now, Medley is joining forces with /heard to bring the Righteous Brothers back to the stage. Heard’s reputation as a gutsy rock and roll singer with an incredible vocal range, paired with Medley’s recognizable baritone voice and iconic songwriting talents, make for a one-of-a-kind rock and roll show. The Righteous Brothers featuring Bill Medley with Bucky Heard will perform Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., beginning Wednesday, March 23.

The Plaza Hotel & Casino is proud to announce that Las Vegas’ first family of entertainment, the Scintas, will bring their legendary and critically acclaimed music and comedy show to the property’s iconic showroom for a limited engagement beginning Friday, Feb. 19. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino welcomes multi-platinum selling trio Rascal Flatts back to Las Vegas with a memorabilia case dedication on Tuesday, February 16. The unveiling marks the band’s official return to the property for its second residency, Rascal Flatts Rhythm & Roots, with special guest Barrett Baber at The Joint. The nine-show run takes place from Wednesday, February 17 to Saturday, March 5.

"LIPSHTICK - The Perfect Shade of Stand Up" will continue to add color to the Las Vegas comedy scene with its return to The Venetian Las Vegas in spring 2016. The acclaimed series will perform in the Sands Showroom through May before moving to its new home at the Palazzo Theatre in June with an all-star lineup of new and returning comediennes. LIPSHTICK welcomes to the stage new headliners Nicole Byer, Carly Aquilino, Jamie Lee, Sasheer Zamata, and Sherri Shepherd, as well as returning favorites including Lisa Lampanelli and Whitney Cummings.

The Venetian® and The Palazzo® Las Vegas ushered in the Year of the Monkey on Monday, Feb. 8, with a traditional lion dance and eye ceremony. Starting at The Venetian porte-cochere, dancers and drummers paraded through both properties, circled through the casino to The Waterfall Atrium and Gardens of The Palazzo, and continued through The Palazzo. Other celebratory visuals included a "Year of the Monkey" display inside The Waterfall Atrium and Gardens of The Palazzo. To honor the "Year of the Monkey" the resort's floral and horticulture department partnered with a team of artisans and consulted with a feng shui master to produce the massive "Year of the Monkey" art installation, which will be on display through February 29th.

For the first time in nearly a decade, Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art (BGFA) will feature a photography exhibit with the unveiling of Yousuf Karsh: Icons of the 20th Century, on March 18. Recognized as one of the greatest portrait photographers of the 20th century, Karsh’s work showcases some of the most notable men and women in Hollywood, the arts, sports and politics.Organized in partnership with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Yousuf Karsh: Icons of the 20th Century will feature 60 portraits ranging from Winston Churchill and Pablo Picasso to Muhammad Ali and Grace Kelly. In addition to viewing the iconic portraits, the audio tour included with admission will guide guests through the exhibit as they uncover the unique story behind each portrait.

SPI Entertainment has announced that the critically acclaimed show Mike Tyson UNDISPUTED TRUTH – Live On Stage, starring the legendary Mike Tyson, is returning for round two at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Following a knockout premiere in 2012, which included a string of sold-out shows at MGM Grand, a record-breaking run on Broadway, a worldwide tour and hit HBO special, Tyson’s captivating one-man show will return for a limited run at Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club inside MGM Grand, with riveting new, never-heard-before stories from the champ’s tumultuous life and career. Mike Tyson UNDISPUTED TRUTH – Live On Stage steps back into the ring beginning Thursday, March 3 at 10 p.m.

Still on fire from the reaction of the recent debut of her headlining residency show, “JENNIFER LOPEZ: ALL I HAVE,” at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Jennifer Lopez has announced 19 additional 2016 performances of her critically-acclaimed Las Vegas show. The additional performances went on sale to the public beginning Friday, Feb. 12 at 10 a.m. PT. Since its premiere on Jan. 20, the global superstar’s sold out shows have attracted fans from all over the world, with celebrities in attendance night after night and special guest appearances by Ja Rule, Ne-Yo, Pitbull and Prince Royce over opening weekend. Immediately following her opening performance, Lopez and her invited guests, including Gina Rodriguez, Camilla Belle, Ray Liotta, T.I., Sarah Jeffery, Derek Hough, Ryan Seacrest, Nicole Scherzinger, Ryan Guzman, Taryll Jackson, Kiesza, Warren Kole, Rico Love, Keenen Ivory Wayans, Gino Pesi and Sherri Saum, Wilmer Valderrama, headed over to MR CHOW to celebrate the grand opening of the restauranteur’s first restaurant in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace.

Award-winning singer/songwriter Jennifer Nettles, lead vocalist for international super duo Sugarland, is set to bring her solo show to The Pearl inside Palms Casino Resort on May 7, 2016 at 8 p.m. Since Sugarland exploded onto the music scene in ’04 they have worldwide sales of more than 22 million (albums and singles) to date, have achieved eight No. 1 singles and have won numerous awards including trophies from the GRAMMYs, AMAs, ACM Awards, CMT Music Awards and CMA Awards. Nettles has won five ASCAP awards for her songwriting abilities, and in 2008 individually received a GRAMMY Award, ACM Award and CMA Award for penning the emotionally charged, platinum-selling No. 1 hit “Stay.” At the 2009 ACM Awards, Nettles was honored with the Crystal Milestone Award for being the first woman to be the solo songwriter on an ACM “Song of the Year” winner since 1972.

Pre-sale tickets are now available for chart-topping rock band Barenaked Ladies’ “Last Summer on Earth” tour at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) on Friday, July 22. The Canadian group has also announced that special guests OMD and Howard Jones will join them for this wild night in Downtown Las Vegas. The “Last Summer on Earth” tour coincides with the band’s upcoming album BNL Rocks Red Rocks, a live recording from their 2015 show at the Red Rocks Amphitheater. The album will feature some of their biggest hits including “One Week,” “Pinch Me” and “Brian Wilson” along with appearances from musician Colin Hay and Blaise Garza of Violent Femmes.

UK Synthpop electronic group OMD (Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark) was started in 1978 by members Andy McCluskey and Pau Humpreys. Known for their experimental recordings and singles such as “So in Love” and “Locomotion,” they garnered wide success in the United Kingdom and U.S. English musician and pop star Howard Jones is recognized for his synthesized albums and Top 40 hits that climbed the UK music charts such as “New Song” and “What is Love?” Jones continues to tour across the world every year performing for thousands of music fans.

Las Vegas’ own, Jo Koy, makes his return to the Treasure Island Theatre March 17 at 9 p.m. From renting out the historic Huntridge Theater to filling the showroom at Treasure Island, Koy has entertained audiences in Las Vegas and beyond for more than twenty years with impressions and stories, uproariously focused around his family, especially his mother and son. After years pounding the pavement as an up-and-coming Las Vegas comedian, Koy broke wide with performances on “The Tonight Show” and “Comic View” and began touring relentlessly, on USO and Def Jam Comedy tours, on Carlos Mencia’s “Punisher” tour and with Chelsea Handler and Jon Lovitz.

Beginning this month, Jeff Civillico, who performs at the Flamingo, I will be hosting a weekly entertainment / news TV show called Las Vegas Good News that will tape in front of a live audience at The LINQ Promenade fountain stage every Thursday night from 5-8pm. (Think Good Morning America meets The Tonight Show meets The Price Is Right :) At the time of initial launch, the show will air weekends on Channel 13, the ABC affiliate in Las Vegas, and in-room throughout Caesars Entertainment properties (22,000+ rooms) and many other Strip hotels (Palms, Treasure Island, etc). Each taping, in essence, is a big party out at The LINQ Promenade with live bands playing, entertainers performing, and interactive contests with opportunities for audience members to win prizes, swag, and discount offers.

MGM Resorts International will debut its dynamic park, dining and entertainment district on the Las Vegas Strip April 4. An eclectic blend of restaurants, bars and entertainment tucked into rich desert landscaping, The Park will become a central gathering place on The Strip’s west side connecting New York-New York and Monte Carlo resorts as well as the new 20,000-seat world-class T-Mobile Arena. It will be an interactive and social environment.

After performing to sold-out crowds throughout the country, the original and unruly comedy production "Puppet Up! - Uncensored" will debut at its new home this spring at the Sands Showroom located inside The Venetian. Created by award-winning director, producer, and writer Brian Henson and actor, director, and improvisational guru Patrick Bristow ("Ellen," "Seinfeld," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Whose Line Is It Anyway?"), the newest entertainment residency to hit the Strip will be a completely unique experience, expertly combining dynamic and spontaneous off-the-cuff comedy and outrageous scripted story lines with the unmatched talent and creativity of Henson puppeteer community.

The Venetian, SPI Entertainment, and Las Vegas headliners Human Nature are delighted to announce a forthcoming three-year residency with the brand new show “JUKEBOX,” specially crafted for its home at the Sands Showroom in The Venetian. Your next tour of The Mob Museum, the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, could be via a robotic device you control from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Beginning Monday, April 1, “Moe-Bot,” a BeamPro telepresence robot created by Suitable Technologies, will enable Museum guests to “visit” the Museum via their computer screen or mobile device and direct their experience almost as personally as if they were physically there. Introduced as a way to expand the Museum’s audience reach to include anyone who cannot visit the Museum in person, Moe-Bot will be used to enable visitors to participate in live, immersive, interactive, guided tours of the museum by a computer from virtually anywhere in the world

After an extremely successful engagement last year, global music superstar Pitbull will return to The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino with his show, “Time Of Our Lives Las Vegas,” March 12 – 26, 2016. The show is being presented by Caesars Entertainment in conjunction with Live Nation. Now that he has a feel for the state-of-the-art theater’s production capabilities, the international music sensation plans to make this show even bigger than the last

The Viva Las Vegas! Elvis Presley Fan Club is happy and proud to announce the installation of the new star for Elvis Presley in the Las Vegas Walk of Stars. It is located in the sidewalk at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, in front of the Mon Ami Gabi restaurant. Elvis' star was installed February 2, 2016 and is located near Engelbert Humperdinck’s, initiating a new line of future stars. Since 2004, the walk project has honored people of prominence with placements along Las Vegas Boulevard, in the four mile stretch known as the fabulous Strip.

National Gaming has named Howard Weiss vice president of daylife and nightlife operations for its two Las Vegas resorts, Tropicana Las Vegas and M Resort Spa Casino. Weiss plans to bring a new element of dynamism to Las Vegas’ daylife scene with the reintroduction of M Resort’s adult venue, DayDream Pool Club, and the opening of a brand new 21+ pool club at Tropicana Las Vegas. The soon-to-be-named venue will open its doors this spring, embodying the high-energy party vibe for which summertime in Las Vegas is best known..

David Siegel, Founder and CEO of Westgate Resorts, hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony and champagne toast at the newly-renovated Race & Sports SuperBook® recently at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. To commemorate the unveiling, Commissioner Steve Sisolak, Commissioner Larry Brown, Mayor Carolyn Goodman and Former Mayor Oscar Goodman presented proclamations on behalf of the Clark County Commissioner’s Office and City of Las Vegas, respectively. Also in attendance was Mark Waltrip, Chief Operating Office of Westgate Resorts.

Sheena Easton, the Scottish-born pop diva who rose to prominence in the 1980s, will perform at the Suncoast Showroom March 5-6. Easton scored a record deal with British music company EMI Group Limited after appearing on the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) reality series “The Big Time” in 1980. The appearance also boosted her debut singles “Modern Girl” and “Morning Train (Nine to Five)” into the top 10 on the United Kingdom charts. Easton found success in the United States the following year when “Morning Train (Nine to Five)” peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, with “Modern Girl” finding its way onto the same chart a few months later. Following her success on the Billboard charts, Easton took home the 1981 Grammy Award for Best New Artist. To date, Easton has been nominated for six Grammy Awards. She also has one Platinum and five Gold albums.

Six years into his enormously successful run as a regular comedic headliner at TI, Bill Engvall makes a pit stop at the Treasure Island Theatre for NASCAR weekend, Friday, March 4 at9 p.m.It has been an eventful year for Engvall, who recently filmed the upcoming comedy special “Just Sell Him for Parts.” He also competed alongside his family on “Celebrity Family Feud” and was eaten by a shark on cult favorite “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!” Engvall called on his love for football for his role as the coach in “Catching Faith,” wrapped the TV movie “Do It Yourself” and played games with Jane Lynch on "Celebrity Game Night."
