As if Human Nature wasn’t already a perfect 10 show in itself, on Saturday, January 25th, they did a special fundraising show for Australia with an Australian guest star who is another perfect 10 – 10-year-old Taj Ferrant, who is an amazing guitar prodigy under the auspices of Scott Dorsey’s Dorsey Management, with whom he signed a world management deal in 2019.
Besides the fundraiser garnering nearly $100,000 for Red Cross Australia and WIRES, a wildlife rescue service in Australia, guests were treated to a wonderful evening of entertainment from Human Nature and their high-energy show, “Jukebox,” and added attraction Taj.
The night before, headliner and renowned guitarist Santana welcomed Taj to his stage at the Foundation Room in Mandalay Bay. Taj, by the way, is the first signing to Universal Records for 2020. In November 2019, Rob Thomas invited Taj to join him for his encore in Sydney and Taj performed Santana’s hit “Smooth.”
“We are so excited to sign with Universal records – we have a huge project planned which will see this 10-year-old genius collaborating with some outright legends along with some really cool modern day hit makers,” said Dorsey,
In 2019, Taj showcased on Australia’s Got Talent. At age 9, Taj appeared on the Ellen show in the USA. “You are about to get your minds blown,” Ellen introduced him.” We meet a lot of talented kids. The next guest is truly special. He is an incredible guitar prodigy who can do Prince, Black Sabbath, Guns N Roses like no-one I have heard.”
Before Taj left the U.S. after the Human Nature fundraiser, he got a chance to play with KISS in L.A.
Human Nature will be returning to the Venetian on February 26, after a short hiatus back to Australia to prepare some new music.

Following his celebrated shows in Las Vegas and Atlantic City in 2019, “The Terry Bradshaw Show” will kick off a residency at Luxor Hotel and Casino in March. The man behind it all, NFL legend and iconic entertainer, Terry Bradshaw, chronicles his life through the musical, comedy, and storytelling production. The residency is set to debut inside the Atrium Showroom at Luxor on Thursday, March 19. In the production, Bradshaw entertains the crowd with his dynamic singing ability, endearing personality and charisma in a 70-minute show that accounts his life’s journey. Show dates are set for March through July.

The NASCAR Hauler Parade, a fan-favorite which marks the start of racing weekend, returns to Las Vegas this month. NASCAR fans can see their favorite drivers’ haulers make their way up the Las Vegas Strip beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20, as the city and Las Vegas Motor Speedway kick off the spring 2020 NASCAR Weekend. The parade, something racing fans look forward to each year, will begin at the Las Vegas welcome sign on Las Vegas Boulevard. Approximately 40 brightly colored 18-wheeled NASCAR Cup Series haulers will receive a police escort as they drive north on the Strip before making their way west on Sahara Ave. and hitting Interstate 15 headed for the speedway.

On Thursday, Feb. 20, celebrate the 75th anniversary of the iconic music that ended World War II at the Finest Hour Concert featuring Davina and the Vagabonds and The Hot Club of Cowtown at 7 p.m. at the Historic Fifth Street School, 401 S. Fourth St. The two bands, each with its own sound and style, will bring to life the legendary tunes of Bing Crosby, Louis Armstrong, the Andrews Sisters, Ella Fitzgerald and more. Davina and the Vagabonds’ edgy vocals and superlative musicianship combine jazz and the blues for a uniquely ageless sound, while the Texas trio, Hot Club of Cowtown, ignite the stage with their hot jazz and Western swing.
Besides the ballet Bolero, NBT's mid-winter program features one of George Balanchine's masterful early works, The Four Temperaments on February 22 and 23. This vibrant study of the human psyche fuses classical steps with a lean, angular style. The work is inspired by the medieval belief that human beings are made up of four different humors that determine a person’s temperament. Each temperament was associated with one of the four classical elements (earth, air, water, and fire), which in turn were the basis of the four humors that composed the body. The result, in the hands of a master such as Balanchine, is a ballet that overtly embraces and celebrates emotion both musically and choreographically.
Popular nightlife destination Hakkasan Nightclub will host the Tyson Fury Official Fight After Party on Saturday, Feb. 22.
